Evening Star
12:22
|
|||
When I see the evening star,
I feel sadness in my heart.
When I leave the day behind,
I feel small, looking at the distant light.
If I would die when it's gone at night,
the star will rise, the next morning, just as bright.

Misocalia
07:09
|
|||
I find comfort in gloom,
solace in ugly things,
but when the light enters my room
exposing the horrid sins.
I hate it's beauty,
which makes me wiser
and see just how puny
is its despiser.

Bonfire Shores
09:56
|
|||
Death arrives from the sea,
bringing a new god that's unseen.
His house is built on top of our graves,
while the bonfire shores go up in flames.
We ran from the flood,
brought by their sick god,
while the waters of bonfire shores
turned into the colour of blood.

Eternal Gloom
09:23
|
|||
He paints the sky black and eats the moon.
The darkness warns us of the impending doom.
Everything is gone, that once bloomed
and all that will be left, is eternal gloom.
The lights of the night
have been imprisoned and left.
The wise can only now
see visions of death.

Ancestral Amnesia
06:03
|
|||
Darkness reigns in the abandoned cellars.
Taken over by eight legged dwellers.
Light has left the ruined halls,
walls crumbled and claimed by moss.
The ancient castle where my heart led,
but found no sign, neither of living nor of dead.

She walked the woods
and came across a stranger,
who broke her brooch
and said he came to claim her.
She found 6 golden belts,
8 swaddling bands.
Fell off the chest
onto deaths hands.
Now a mourning mother cries
for her only daughter
and her bereaved eyes
fill rivers with water.
